Nemi is designed to make a property easier to understand without making it harder to create. Here are the details about photos, floor plans, sharing, plans, and who can use it.

GOOD TO KNOW

No special camera. No 3D photography.

Nemi is designed to work with ordinary property photos. You do not need a 360° camera, 3D photography, panoramic images, property scanning equipment, or a specialized photo shoot. If you have a floor plan and regular photos, you have what you need to create a Nemi property.

01

Getting started

Nemi is an interactive property presentation that connects a floor plan with photos taken throughout the property.

Instead of looking at a floor plan and a separate photo gallery and trying to connect the two, viewers can select locations directly on the floor plan and see the photos associated with those viewpoints.

Anyone who wants to present a property more clearly can use Nemi.

That can include real estate professionals, homeowners, photographers, builders, property managers, businesses, and others who need to help someone understand a physical space.

No. Nemi is not limited to licensed real estate professionals. You do not need a real estate license to create a Nemi property.

Each active property can include up to 40 photos.

A viewpoint is a location placed on the floor plan that connects that part of the property with the photo or photos taken from that area.
